BLVCK SVM

When the COVID-19 lockdown cost him his job, South Florida-raised, Chicago-based rapper Blvck Svm decided to release a series of biweekly singles as a last-ditch effort to jumpstart his music career. The first single of that series, “bleach,” released March 2020, caught fire a few months after its release and completely changed his trajectory. In December 2021 Svm became a full-time artist, and since then he has amassed more than 110 million streams from over 15 million listeners worldwide.

MEYHEM LAUREN

Meyhem Lauren was born and raised in Queens, New York. He has held his position as one of the most reliable brands in the industry through quality, consistency, and flavor. Lauren takes pride in expressing himself artistically from a raw and unfiltered perspective that you can feel. In addition to his music, Meyhem has also gained notoriety as a charismatic cast member on the television show "Fuck That's Delicious" alongside long time friends and frequent collaborators Action Bronson , Big Body Bes, and the Alchemist. Lauren is also known for a series of unconventional yet very effective cooking videos that have created a cult following and culinary frenzy on the internet.

ELI FOLA

Eli isn’t following the Afro-electronic wave, he’s quietly re-architecting what comes after it. A Nigerian-American sound artist, composer, and founder of Tech Afrique, Eli operates at the intersection of Afro House, jazz, techno, and ancestral Yoruba rhythms, shaping a genre of his own: Yoruba Tech Soul. His work extends beyond records and performances, functioning as a cultural practice where sound, ritual, and visual language converge. Blending live saxophone, modular synthesis, talking drum, and immersive visuals, Eli’s performances blur the line between club and ceremony. From Burning Man to EDC, HÖR Berlin to BBC Radio 1, his work has been championed by Black Coffee, Keinemusik, and Alicia Keys, and featured in campaigns for Burberry, Vogue Italia, Bacardi, Quay, and Soho House.

LAGOON WAVEY

Born and raised in Barbados, Lagoon Wavey has continuously found himself drawing inspiration from the island’s wealthy cultural and musical background, collaborating with fellow natives in the process. Citing Rihanna and The Weeknd as key influences to his sound, he incorporates old singing techniques into his present-day sound. Describing his current style as a mixture of Neo-Soul, Alt R&B, Afro, and Soul, he is focused on progressing his artistry further and sees no boundaries in his way. Constantly generating ideas on the go, Lagoon allows his sonic to fluctuate depending on his instinctive feelings, prioritizing music as a means to express himself. Common themes in his music run through love, relationships, and his upbringing in Barbados.
Lagoon has been championed by the likes of Jamz Supernova, Clash, Notion, and more for 2022 which began with his incredible COLORS debut. His music continues to enlighten audiences across the globe.

RYAN EASTER & CURTIS MCPHATTER JR.

Ryan Easter, hailing from Richmond, VA, has been establishing himself as one of New York City’s most daring trumpeters and bandleaders. He's worked with Jennifer Holiday, The Last Poets, Ambrose Akinmusire, William Parker, Mary J. Blige, Anna Webber, and many more.

Curtis McPhatter Jr, a drummer from Kinston, NC, currently based in Harlem, New York. Beginning in the church and taking study under musicians like Dr. Ira Wiggins and Branford Marsalis, he has been committed to making sure his unique sound is felt all over the world, via recording sessions, tours around the world as a sideman, and leading his own unique projects.

Easter and McPhatter Jr. began working in 2022 in several projects, a collaborating together to create sample-based, story-telling performances to explore the reflections of experiences past and present.

CHARLES OWENS TRIO

Charles Owens is an internationally acclaimed tenor saxophonist, pianist, and composer whose 35-year career is a testament to musical spiritualism and technical mastery. A de fi nitive voice of the New York jazz generation that emerged from The New School in the early 90s, Owens spent over a decade at the epicenter of the global jazz scene. Today, he maintains a vital presence in NYC, leading his trio at iconic institutions like Smoke, Smalls, and The Blue Note. With 15 albums as a leader and a proli fi c catalog as a fi rst-call soloist, Owens has shared the bandstand with a "who’s who" of modern jazz, including Brad Mehldau, Kurt Rosenwinkel, and Brian Blade. Whether wielding the visceral power of the tenor saxophone or the harmonic elegance of the piano, Owens’ work is uni fi ed by a singular mission: to transmit joy, peace, and profound connection through sound.

IDRIS FREDERICK QUARTET

Idris Frederick is a distinguished contemporary jazz pianist, renowned for his innovative approach and masterful technique that blends traditional jazz elements with modern influences. Drawing inspiration from legendary figures such as Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Oscar Peterson, Andrew Hill, and classical composers like Ravel, Stravinsky, and Bartók, Idris creates a rich tapestry of sound that captivates audiences around the globe. With a career that has taken him on extensive tours, Idris has performed alongside multiple Grammy-nominated and award-winning artists, showcasing his exceptional talent in prestigious venues and festivals worldwide. His collaborations with renowned musicians have not only enriched his artistry but have also solidified his reputation as a sought-after performer in the contemporary jazz scene.

CHELSEA BARATZ

Described by Urban Music Scene as “consummate, thoughtful and prodigious”, saxophonist & vocalist Chelsea Baratz wields formidable genre-defying sensibilities and songwriting chops that cut at the knees of convention. The music chose the Pittsburgh born-and-raised saxophonist at an early age; out of that Steel City creative fire came an amalgam of influences that molded her signature versatility and musical sensitivities. She was educated for a young age by the elites of modern Pittsburgh jazz royalty, which included Roger Humphries, Dwayne Dolphin, and Sean Jones
